INTIMINA LILY CUP

You need this menstrual cup in your life because it is as thin as a tampon and folds and rolls just as easily.

Lily Cup is an ultra-soft Intimina vaginal cup ideal for women with a high cervix or heavy flow.

It offers a security of 8 hours in a row and absolute confidence.

Due to its anatomical design and with an oblique edge you will have assured comfort.

It is available in two sizes:

  • Size A is perfect for women with a medium flow, who have not given birth or who have done so by caesarean section.

  • Size B is recommended for women who have a heavy flow, those who have given birth or simply have a weak pelvic floor.

Why opt for a menstrual cup?

Break free!

At eduardosouto.com and Intimina we give you a lot of reasons, but if you are one of those who do not dare, we will list them for you:

  • 100% medical grade silicone

  • Ideal for users with a high cervix

  • For all types of flow

  • Healthy and safe: no odor, dryness or irritation

  • With leak-proof rim and easy-to-remove stem

  • Up to 8 hours of continuous protection

  • Available in two sizes: A & B

  • Reusable and ecological

Another compelling reason:

"A menstrual cup that reduces both the carbon footprint of your period and your contribution to 20 billion pads,

tampons and applicators likely to be thrown into North American landfills in 2019."

1. Roll up

  • Flatten the opening with the high edge facing you and roll up the cup.

2. Insert

  • As you would a tampon, tilt your vaginal cup toward your coccyx and insert it up until the removal stem is inside.

  • The high edge of the vaginal cup should be positioned towards your back.

3. Place

  • Turn it slightly from left to right or gently pull it down to fit inside you.

4. Remove

  • To remove the cup you just have to press the base and gently pull the stem down. It's that simple!

Proper cleaning and maintenance of your Lily Cup™ will guarantee its life for several years.

We recommend that you replace your Lily Cup™ if you discover cuts, holes, or the appearance of an oily film.

Some color fading or discoloration is normal and may occur over time.

Color fading will not affect the effectiveness or protection of the Lily Cup™.

First use:

  • Completely submerge your Lily Cup™ in boiling water for 5-8 minutes.

  • Don't let all the water evaporate while boiling.

Usual use:

  • Wash your Lily Cup™ before and after each use with mild soap and hot water or a dedicated cleaner.

  • Rinse the cup well to remove any traces of cleaning soap and thus avoid possible irritations.

  • For a deeper clean, you can boil your glass as many times as you like.

  • If you don't have access to a sink (in a public bathroom) just empty the cup, clean it with toilet paper and put it back in.

  • You can wash it the next time you have access to water in a bathroom.
