IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Due to the situation we are living, we proceed to deactivate the method of payment by cash on delivery, and thus extreme all precautions.

We are still active and working to offer you the best service, always under the responsibility and collaboration with all sectors.

Deliveries may suffer delays beyond our company's control, please be patient.

Heat tools may be delayed up to 10 working days for logistical reasons.

Agencies:

We currently work with GLS and NACEX. All our shipments to mainland Spain are delivered within an average of 24 working hours (in 80% of cases) and 48-72 working hours to the Balearic Islands. In the case of Heat Tools (GHD) the shipment may be delayed up to 10 working days.

In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, the average delivery time is 48 to 96 working hours.

In the event that the transport agency passes by the destination address and there is no one there, the agency will leave a note of passage, as long as they have access, so that the customer can contact them.

Eduardosouto.com Shop Online cannot establish the time of delivery of the shipments. Although it will try to adapt to the needs of the client, the schedule of delivery depends, only and exclusively of the company of transports. If the order has been sent and is in possession of the company of transports and wishes to modify the direction of sending, the client will have to assume the additional surcharge by this change unless it goes to look for the merchandise directly to the delegation of destination (option only available in sending by messenger company). This surcharge amounts to 3 euros.

Orders must be placed from Monday to Friday before 1:30 p.m. in order to be shipped the same day.
