Bartram) Small), 80 mg; barberry dry extract (Berberis aristata DC), 80 mg; chasteberry dry extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.), 30 mg; R-α-lipoic acid, 15 mg; manganese gluconate (11.41% Mn), 6 mg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, 100,000 IU / g), 3 mg; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), 0.1 mg. Casing: polysaccharide of plant origin (pullulan). * Myoinositol and D-chiro-inositol originate from outside the EU.
How to use:
Take 2 capsules at a time or during the morning and another at night.
Recommended daily amount: 3 capsules.
