This time we dedicate it to the ancient and mysterious Camino de Santiago.

This ancient route has had numerous meanings over time.

Everyone knows it as a set of routes that lead to the incredible Cathedral of Santiago and its symbolism and tradition have always been strongly linked to religious significance.

A pilgrimage based on the legend of where the Santiago apostle is buried today has become much more complex and varied.

During the Middle Ages, thieves and criminals who were sentenced to make a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela for their crimes were made as a sentence or as a way of redemption .

Merchants and artisans traveled the Camino de Santiago in search of opportunities and businesses, hence its strong significance as a trade route.

Nowadays it comes to have so many meanings as pilgrims, from a spiritual meaning, an inner journey and an experience to find oneself , to a sports route by bike, on horseback or even in a kayak.

For years there are more and more people who take it as a different way of doing tourism, being in contact with nature or fleeing from the classic sun and beach.

For some, the true meaning of the Camino de Santiago is in its tradition and culture and discovering its heritage and the richness of its architecture.

Visiting the city of Santiago de Compostela is one of the great motivations.

Other pilgrims do it as a social trip and what they really want is to make friends and meet new people.

What is clear is that it is a route in which all cultures, religions and languages have a place.

Whatever meaning it has for any of us is a unique and incredible experience and we wanted to design a special and themed box to provide everything you need to encourage you to do so.
