Microbiota Kilocontrol 60 gastro-resistant capsules is a food supplement based on FOS and probiotics that helps regulate weight and control obesity.
The intestinal microbiota collaborates in intestinal health since it absorbs nutrients and, in turn, protects from possible external agents.
- Fermentation of indigestible dietary carbohydrates (fibers). It is an important source of energy for bacterial growth and produces short chain fatty acids so that they can be absorbed, which also favors the absorption of calcium, iron and magnesium ions.
- Synthesis of certain vitamins such as K, B12, biotin, folic and pantothenic acid.
